Who we are. Saffron and Sage — hello@saffronandsage.co.uk · 0117 946 0102 · 12 Welsh Back, Bristol BS1 4SP. This website runs on TableSpark (tablespark.uk), which processes data on our behalf.
What we collect. When you book a table, place an order, send an enquiry, buy a gift card or join our newsletter we store the details you give us (name, contact details, your order, and notes such as allergies) so we can provide that service. Order contact details are anonymised automatically after 24 months. Nothing is used for advertising and nothing is sold.
Cookies & storage. This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Visits are counted anonymously, and only if you choose Accept on the notice. Third-party content (maps, videos, booking widgets) loads only after you accept or click Load.
Newsletter. Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link that works immediately, no login needed.
Your rights. You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time — email hello@saffronandsage.co.uk. Deletion requests are actioned promptly.
Infrastructure. Hosting and delivery by Cloudflare; data stored with Supabase. See TableSpark's own policy at tablespark.uk/privacy for platform-level details.
